Supporting the relationships that matter most
Sometimes individual therapy isn’t quite enough. A conversation needs to happen—with a partner, a parent, a sibling, or someone else important to you. That’s where conjoint or family sessions come in.
This isn’t family therapy in the traditional sense—it’s an extension of individual work, with others invited in when it supports your healing.
Why Add a Conjoint Session?
- You’re working through family dynamics that need to be voiced
- A partner or parent wants to better understand your experience
- Communication has broken down, and repair feels out of reach
- You’re ready to set boundaries—and want support doing it
- You want to grow together, not just separately
What to Expect
These sessions are optional and planned collaboratively. You’ll decide when and if it makes sense to include someone—and I’ll help facilitate a conversation that centers emotional safety, clarity, and connection. Sometimes one or two sessions is enough to shift things in a meaningful way.
“It changed our relationship. Not overnight, but in a way that finally felt real.”
You don’t have to navigate these relationships alone.
