Our conversations may explore relationships, losses, expectations, and patterns that affect how you see yourself. We can also consider what feels manageable in daily life and what kind of support you need.
I listen closely and offer feedback. We focus on what is happening now and bring in earlier experiences when they help us understand a present concern. A useful session may bring a clearer understanding, another perspective, or something new to try. We also talk about what is helping and what isn’t.
No. You can reach out because you’re struggling or feeling unlike yourself. The consultation is a chance to discuss your concerns and whether my practice is a good fit.
I offer online therapy for adults in Colorado and in-person sessions at my Steele Street office in Denver by request.
