We can look at how you respond to conflict, distance, affection, and uncertainty. Earlier experiences may help us understand what you expect from others and how you try to protect yourself. We’ll also pay attention to the actual relationship you’re navigating today.
Our conversations may involve dating, commitment, a marriage, family relationships, or friendships. We can think through a conversation you want to have, a boundary you’re considering, or what makes it difficult to remain open and honest with someone.
No. I offer individual therapy only. We can work on relationship concerns in your individual sessions, but I do not offer couples or family sessions.
Yes. We can explore dating, patterns of attraction and distance, or what you want from a relationship. You don’t need to be partnered to work on connection.
